“room melodies vol. 2” is the continuation of a great feeling. the warmth of sunshine, fresh air, window rays, grain, texture, nature, depth. if you’re not familiar with vol. 1, “room melodies” is about making music in cool places, mainly the bedroom.

forget sterile environments that kill creativity (although they have their merit) and lose yourself in your art. most of the music that i make is synthesized in my room. there’s something whole and comforting about making music in a place that is home for you. 

go ahead and light some candles, open your windows, make some tea, or drink a nice cold beverage. it’s really up to you. your creative space, your peace, your craft, your inspiration. 

these samples are made for experimenting. it’s not always about doing what makes sense, but more about what sounds right. if something sounding right means resampling it 23 times and then stretching it with texture warp mode, so be it.
